Section 416

The term 'Section 416 ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' A section of the Agricultural Act of 1949 that provides for the disposition of agricultural commodities held by the Commodity Credit Corporation to prevent waste. Disposal is usually carried out by donation of commodities to charitable groups and foreign governments'.
